Interest Rates:  Track the CBOE 10 yr. Treasury Yield Index. 

US Dollar: Track the PowerShares UUP DB US Dollar Index 

Commodities:  Track the PowerShares DBC DB Commodity Index

US Equities:  Track the S&P 500 as our proxy for the US Equities
